Dr. Angelo Markantonakis went on a personal journey of observing, perfecting, and then documenting best practices in leadership development, individual professional growth, social dynamics at work, and organizational change management. These experiences are neatly compiled in his first Leadership Workbook, entitled Lessons in Leadership, Volume I.
Angelo understands the challenges leaders and managers face. In a collaborative and customized process, the goal of Lessons in Leadership, Volume 1, is to assist other organizational leaders with creating high functioning teams, building more efficient and effective programs, diagnosing potential challenges, identifying common sense solutions, and developing and achieving strategic goals.
Lessons in Leadership, Volume 1 also focuses on maximizing an individual’s distinct talents and gifts by cultivating their professional skills, encouraging lifelong learning, and promoting career growth through the use of personalized reflective development plans and career coaching.
These experiences are neatly compiled in his first Leadership Workbook, entitled Lessons in Leadership, Volume I, which is available now.

In Volume 2 of Lessons in Leadership, Dr. Markantonakis continues delving into his passion about organizational change and management strategy by asking for reflections and submissions relative to leadership, as discussed in detail in his personal journey, Lessons in Leadership, Volume 1. Through continued community outreach, business outreach, personal coaching, the creation of materials such as educational information, books, a website, and trainings, he has collected 56 lessons building off his personal leadership “Next-Steps.”
Lessons in Leadership, Volume 2 promotes various perspectives in leadership and supports increased diversity in leadership roles. Professionals from many walks of life have compiled their own lessons, struggles, reflections, and successes within the areas of leadership, change management, coaching, and personal development. The goal of this leadership journal is to inspire, educate, uplift, encourage, and challenge new and existing leaders through these real-life stories and experiences.
The reflective leadership development, professional development and personal growth enrichment process continues as readers are presented a different lens through which to view diversity in leadership. This book provides an opportunity to reach individuals who may have been thrust into leadership roles and are seeking guidance.
This book is also for individuals who have been told "no" their whole lives. If these aspiring professionals can be empowered to reach decision-making positions, their communities will be affected for generations to come. These individuals will have the ability to give a voice to those like themselves who experience life largely unseen, unheard, and unrepresented.
These experiences are neatly compiled in his first Leadership Workbook, entitled Lessons in Leadership, Volume 2!
