Lessons in Leadership, Volume 2 promotes various perspectives in leadership and supports increased diversity in leadership roles. Professionals from many walks of life have compiled their own lessons, struggles, reflections, and successes within the areas of leadership, change management, coaching, and personal development. The goal of this leadership journal is to inspire, educate, uplift, encourage, and challenge new and existing leaders through these real-life stories and experiences.
The reflective leadership development, professional development and personal growth enrichment process continues as readers are presented a different lens through which to view diversity in leadership. This book provides an opportunity to reach individuals who may have been thrust into leadership roles and are seeking guidance.
This book is also for individuals who have been told "no" their whole lives. If these aspiring professionals can be empowered to reach decision-making positions, their communities will be affected for generations to come. These individuals will have the ability to give a voice to those like themselves who experience life largely unseen, unheard, and unrepresented.
